The Arkansas Capital Corporation formed Pine State Regional Center, LLC, in 2013 for the purpose of applying for designation and operation as a Regional Center in compliance with the U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services’ EB-5 Immigrant Investment Program. Pine State provides financing to a variety of job-creating projects, deploying foreign investor capital into a range of businesses and projects.
