
EB-5 provides a a flexible source of below market capital that can be utilized for a project when traditional sources may not meet the needs of your business. Pine State Regional Center® provides flexible financing options including primary and subordinated financing and EB-5 financing may be used to replace more expensive debt or equity capital. EB-5 investments are made into new businesses, businesses with substantial redevelopment and expansions, or other qualifying commercial development projects that have verified job creation as required under USCIS regulations. Typically EB-5 capital is utilized along with other sources of financing and may allow a project to attract additional capital for a qualifying project.
Several types of projects may be financed with EB-5 capital including healthcare, municipal projects, infrastructure projects, manufacturing, hospitality, commercial real estate, and construction.
Project Location Matters

The Job Creation Requirements
To be eligible for financing through the Pine State Regional Center®, the project receiving the investment must demonstrate that at least 10 full-time direct or indirect jobs will be created or preserved for each individual EB-5 investor in the project. Pine State retains professional economists specializing in EB-5 analysis that assist us in verifying that the projected job creation thresholds will be met.
